Creating an account is easy! Click on "Register" in the top navigation, fill in your details, verify your email address, and you're ready to start shopping. You can also register as a seller if you want to start selling products.

To become a seller, click on "Become a Seller" in the footer or navigation. Fill out the seller registration form with your business information, upload required documents, and submit your application. Our team will review and approve your application within 2-3 business days.

To place an order: 1) Browse products and add items to your cart, 2) Review your cart and select items for checkout, 3) Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping information, 4) Choose your payment method, 5) Confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

You can track your order by logging into your account and going to "My Orders" in your dashboard. You'll see the current status of your order and can view order details. You'll also receive email updates when your order status changes.

You can cancel your order if it's still in "Pending" status. Once your order is "Processing" or "Shipped", you cannot cancel it. To cancel, go to your order details and click "Cancel Order". For modifications, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners to ensure your financial information is protected.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over ₱2,500. For orders under ₱2,500, standard shipping costs ₱500. Free shipping applies to all locations within the Philippines.

You can change your shipping address if your order is still in "Pending" status. Once your order is "Processing" or "Shipped", address changes may not be possible. Contact customer support immediately if you need to change your address after placing an order.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as received. Some items may have different return policies (electronics, personal care items). Contact customer support to initiate a return.

To return an item: 1) Contact customer support within 30 days of delivery, 2) Provide your order number and reason for return, 3) We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number, 4) Package the item securely and send it back, 5) Once received, we'll process your refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
